Change of Mind

In the event you have changed your mind about an item that you purchased from our online evoucher store your voucher can be exchanged or a credit provided. These will be only given within 30 days of purchase, on production of the receipt (or other proof of purchase).

Refund policy – e-vouchers

In the event that you are unhappy with the service that Revolve Interior Design have provided, we require notification in writing within 7 days of the complaint in question. If the design contract in question has not been fulfilled then we are happy to process a full refund. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold Revolve Interior Design, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Website in breach of these Terms or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party.

Cancellation and Termination Policy

The Client has the right to cancel this contract at any time up to the end of seven working days after the day on which the Contract is concluded, subject to the following provisions. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.

The client does not have the right to cancel the Contract if the supply of the Service begins with the Client’s agreement, before the end of the seven working day cancellation period.

To exercise the right of cancellation the Client must give written notice to Revolve Interior Design by hand or post or email at Revolve Interior Design address or email as set out in your invoice.

Once the client has notified Revolve Interior Design that the Client is cancelling the Contract, Revolve Interior Design will within 30 days refund the Client for the Services not actioned and completed.

Following the seven days, the client has the right to terminate the contract at any time giving notice in writing to Revolve Interior Design. The Client will be liable to pay Revolve Interior Design for the services provided to the date of Termination (including but not limited to Services already performed, goods and materials supplied or ordered on the Client’s behalf, any services that may incur cancellation fees and any travel or accommodation costs incurred by Revolve Interior Design Consultants.

A delay by either party in acting on a breach of this contract will not be regarded as a waiver of the breach. If either party waives a breach of the Contract by the other, the waiver is limited to the breach.

Termination of the contract will not affect either party’s outstanding rights or duties, including Revolve Interior Design’s right to recover any money owing to it under these terms and conditions.


Revolve Interior Design shall have no liability to the Client for any loss, damage, costs, expenses, or other claims for compensation arising from any information or instruction supplied by the client, which is or are incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate.

Revolve Interior Design shall not be liable to the Client for any unforeseeable loss or damage arising from the provision (or non-provision) of the Services, including loss of profit or consequential loss or damage.

Neither Revolve Interior Design, nor the client shall be liable for any failure to perform its duties under this Contract due to circumstances beyond its control, including without limitation flood, fire, or otherwise adverse weather conditions.

To enable Revolve Interior Design to deal with any complaints that may arise relating to the Services, the Client must provide full details of any complaints within 7 days of the supply of the relevant services.
